Welcome to GoFight ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register via your Google account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

3. Google Sign-In and Data Usage

GoFight uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google:

• We access your Google profile information (name, email address, profile photo)
• We do NOT access your Google password
• We use your data solely for authentication and account management
• You can revoke GoFight' access to your Google account at any time

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Access or interfere with the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems or bots to abuse the Service

5. Activity Creation and Participation

As an activity organizer or participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate activity information
• Respect all participants
• Cancel or withdraw promptly if unable to attend
• Accept liability for any damages or injuries during activities
• Follow venue rules and safety guidelines

6. Payment Terms

VIP membership requires payment. By purchasing VIP membership, you agree that:

• All fees are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Membership renews automatically until canceled
• Refund policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoFight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you post to the Service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Abuse or excessively use the Service

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. GoFight shall not be liable for:

• Any injuries, losses, or damages during activities
• Disputes between users
• Third-party services or content
• Service interruptions or errors

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and resolved in Hong Kong courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
